Expertise & capacity to ensure that you meet your service efficiency targets

We have delivered demanding, efficiency driven, transformation programmes in over 50 local authority and public sector organisations. Not only do we develop practical and do-able plans to underpin your budget challenges but we also provide the skills and capacity to guarantee that financial outcomes are delivered and sustainable.

We do this by providing skilled operational managers with the expertise to make things happen in specific services and sectors. We know how your services work. We do not assign generic ‘consultants’.

We are so sure of our abilities that if we do not deliver financial savings targets we return our fees to make up the shortfall. We have never failed against our commitments to our customers.

After an initial diagnosis to assess and powerfully highlight the opportunity to our customers most of our assignments move to long term partnerships where we become part of your organisation. Whilst we take total accountability for delivery we develop your people to ensure that services are sustainable after we have gone.

Not least we understand the current funding and political scrutiny of external spend and therefore offer exceptional value and a model which is proving politically acceptable. All of our programmes make quick financial returns and this is probably why most of our new work comes from previously satisfied customers who know that we deliver what we say we are going to.

Your change….our risk

We take total accountability for the delivery of agreed financial targets in each year of a change programme. In the event of falling short we rebate our fees to make up the difference. This allows you to budget with surety.
