Our people have become experts in the development and delivery of the many initiatives which have commonly been categorised as delivering Total Place, Devolved Community Budgets or single outcome frameworks. We believe that our expertise in this area is second to none.
Our expertise typically ensures that a robust and practical road map is in place and that engagement and involvement of the many partner agencies required is achieved. We have experience in unpicking and redeveloping council services to ensure that they are best located either in central locations or community hubs to improve provision of services and ensure that the most appropriate access arrangements are in place for citizens.
We have successfully identified funds to be devolved to communities and developed new governance arrangements for more influence by communities to be successful.
Key to our successes has been the ability to deliver changes to front-line operating models and processes involving voluntary sector providers, police and health to achieve real and tangible service improvements and outcomes for local people.
Whilst normally a long term commitment, if implemented properly, with a thorough understanding of council services then significant efficiencies are deliverable through this range of initiatives.
